COOLER MASTER HAF X INTRODUCTION


Cooler Master has a long and storied history of supplying high-quality and innovative chassis' to the PC aftermarket. Some of the most revered cases in recent memory have carried the Cooler Master logo and the brand has a loyal following among PC enthusiasts. A distinctive look and quality materials with innovative features have always been evident in Cooler Master's upper end cases, but they often commanded a high price. While some enthusiasts and modders are happy to foot the bill for a quality product, there is a significant group who simply can't justify spending $200 or more on a case.

Cooler Master's newest offering from their wildly popular HAF series, the HAF X, is a full-tower, liquid-cooling friendly chassis with some very interesting and innovative features. It also comes to market with a price tag considerably less than 200 bones. So what does “HAF” stand for? Well, after a quick look at the specifications, one might surmise that it means, “Huge Ass Fans,” but Cooler Master uses the somewhat more apropos “High Air Flow.” At any rate, please follow along as we take a closer look at the HAF X and see if it can live up to the high standards Cooler Master customers, and PC enthusiasts in general, have come to expect.
